Thank you for supporting Root & Bloom. Each product is handcrafted in small batches with care.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. During product launches, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Warm Weather Shipping
Because our products are made with natural ingredients and do not contain synthetic stabilizers, texture changes may occur if products are exposed to high temperatures during transit or after delivery. While these changes do not affect product quality or efficacy, we recommend bringing packages indoors promptly upon delivery and storing products in a cool, dry place.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Root & Bloom is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Root & Bloom is not responsible for shipping delays, lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. However, if you experience an issue with your order, please don't hesitate to reach out and we will do our best to assist you.
