Why does Root & Bloom use 100% grass-fed suet?

Tallow is rich in vitamins A, D, E, and K, along with fatty acids that closely resemble those found naturally in our skin. Its unique composition helps nourish, moisturize, and support a healthy skin barrier.

Not all tallow is created equal. We exclusively use 100% grass-fed suet rather than standard beef trimmings because it creates a cleaner, more refined tallow with a milder aroma and a luxuriously smooth feel on the skin. We believe exceptional skincare begins with exceptional ingredients.

Will I smell like beef?

Not at all. Our products are thoughtfully scented using pure essential oils and botanical extracts. Even our fragrance-free Bare Bloom has only a very subtle natural aroma that quickly dissipates after application.

Are your products greasy?

A little goes a long way. Our whipped body butters are carefully formulated to absorb beautifully into the skin, leaving it soft, nourished, and velvety—not heavy or greasy.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Because each product is handcrafted in small batches, please allow 3-5 business days for order processing in addition to shipping time.

My whipped body butter softened or melted. Is it still good?

Yes! Because we use natural ingredients without synthetic stabilizers, texture may change in warmer temperatures. The product is still perfectly safe and effective to use.
